WH Quest

If tengu really wants the witch hunter, then the cheese can always take the Bretonnian Knight. Take that exsulis!

Actually, I really do not want the Bretonnian Knight. There is just way too much crap that goes his way.

You just don't want to be the bretonnian knight because he actually has to act honorably.

Actually exsulis would fit better with the "imperial bastard".... I mean noble.

Really? I would have picked the pit fighter for someone wanting to be a right bastard...or the trollslayer.

Ah yes but, remember that the noble demnds the greater mount of the treasure and i think has some rule about using the other heroes as human shields.

Here is quote from the noble's character booklet:

The Noble will most likely 'lord it' over the other Warriors and even though he may not be the leader, will try and boss the warriors around. Remember that the Noble will have spent most of his cossetted life with servants waiting on him hand and foot, so ordering people around comes naturally to him. Such is his coolness and authority, that the other Warriors may indeed find themselves inadvertently acting as his servants, fulfilling tasks such as carrying his gear, cooking his meals and generally running round at his beck and call.

You just happen to have the booklet sitting around at work with you? The cheese isn't sure if he should be impressed or saddened by that.

I don't have the book in front of me but the website I sent you guys yesterday has the whole booklet transcribed on it.

Yeah right! The cheese knows you spend your days at work reading over rpg manuals and ignoring all other stimulus.

I especially like reading rpg material from discontinued games that I haven't played in like 5 years.

b_cheese said...

Hey, its not discontinued...just because there has been no updated material in the last 8 or so years doesn't mean there won't be some out soon.

Besides, its better than wiling away your days reading rpg material for a game you haven't ever played (the cheese glances longingly at his The Discworld Role Playing Game manual and sighs).

I know how that goes. I have the books for the star wars rpg both old and new and the d20 modern books. d20 modern would be cool if you wanted to play a modified version of shadowrun.

Because the cheese is bored at work, and can't be bothered to actually work (hey, there's only a week left here), he's going to answer that in a post...

After pondering for some time as to why the Cheese would want to deal with the Bretonnian's in settlement B.S. I still cannot figure him out. I could totally deal with the Honorable part of the Bretonnian, it is just I really do not like the settlement part. The Bretonnian has like 8 pages dedicated to what happens while he is in a frickin settlement. I mean come on there is only so much crap the poor guy should go through. Though he does get some really cool abilities.
