Stephen Colbert: God Among Men

It's a struggle to stay up until midnight now that the cheese is a bit older, and most nights he is not up to the task. Such golden pieces of infotainment are, therefore, inevitably missed. Thank god for the internet.

A small part of the cheese now wishes he could move to Florida to vote for Wexler and his huge testicles.

That's why the Cobert Report rocks.

I find it very humorous the way the media treat anything said by "real people" as serious. Another case in point, Kevin Smith recently joked about being upset about not being cast in Affleck's next film. The newspapers took and ran with it, so that when it was published it was, "Smith fuming at Affleck." If I were on the "mainstream" news I wouldn't take anything said on the daily show or the colbert report with anything but a smile.

But mainstream news is a bunch of depressing dog doo.

You know, the following day, they re-run the previous nights Colbert report and Daily show at the 8pm hour, right?

Yeah, but around 8 the cheese is busy watching the Dodgers lose yet another game...or he's attempting to finish some sort of home project...or he's working on the Chronicles...

As for the mainstream media, they know what the Daily Show and Colbert Report are all about, they run those stories because it's something they can sensationalize
